Yes you will receive an email with your order details and an order number.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes and no.
We ship most items in Australia Post Express Post Express Post Packs which can be sent to a PO box.
Some items are too large to be sent through Australia Post in which case we use Couriers Please.
Couriers Please require a physical address rather than a post box number.
When will my order be sent?
Most orders are sent within 24 hours of payment being received.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email notification of your order number with tracking details.
What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
